There is no rocket science in growing an orchid, it just needs care

Abha Batra, author of the book Orchid, said that orchids are unique plants that grow in clusters. There are 25 thousand species of them. In which Cattleya, Cymbidium, Dendrobium, Miltonia, Oncidium, Paphiopedilum, Phalaenopsis, Vanda, Zygopetalum, Exceptional and Cambria are commonly found around us. Growing them is not rocket science, you just have to take care of it like your own child. For orchids, about 5 inches pot or terracotta pot should be used and which should be kept on the terrace or balcony. These plants die in excess of water in both summer and winter seasons; just spray should be done keeping in mind the moisture in the soil.
